1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an LGS Market account or purchasing items, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced by LGSMarket, Inc., doing business as LGS Market.
2. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must accurately represent items, ship on time, and comply with all applicable taxes and regulations.
3. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers agree to review listings carefully, provide valid shipping information, and respect dispute processes.
4. Marketplace role and liability
LGSMarket, Inc. operates LGS Market as a marketplace platform and is not the seller of items offered by third-party sellers. Any limitations or exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Listings, orders, and availability
Listing information is supplied by sellers. Prices, quantities, condition descriptions, shipping options, and availability may change. An order may be declined or canceled when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or marketplace review is required.
6. Payments, fees, credits, and payouts
Payment and payout features may be provided by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms, eligibility checks, processing timelines, and account requirements. Applicable marketplace fees and purchase credits are shown in the relevant checkout, account, or seller experience. LGS Market is not a bank, and marketplace credits are governed by the terms shown when they are issued.
7. Shipping, returns, and disputes
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Buyers and sellers must follow the return, cancellation, and dispute instructions presented for the order. LGS Market may request records or other information when reviewing a report, but any outcome remains subject to applicable law, marketplace policies, and payment-provider rules.
8. Prohibited activity
You may not use LGS Market for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity; list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items; manipulate prices or reviews; interfere with the service; or attempt to bypass applicable fees or account controls.
9. Accounts and enforcement
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. LGS Market may restrict features, remove content, delay an action, or suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to address suspected policy violations, legal obligations, security concerns, or marketplace risk.
10. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LGS Market the rights reasonably needed to host, display, format, and use that content to operate and promote the marketplace. You must have the rights required to submit listings, images, messages, and other materials.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Where required, notice of material changes will be provided through the service or by email. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@lgsmarket.com.
